Margaret Gibb, Founder and Executive Director

Margaret is a visionary, an encourager, and a champion of women everywhere. She is a graduate of Eastern Pentecostal Bible College and served in pastoral ministry with her late husband, Bob, for 25 years. Margaret led Women Alive, an interdenominational ministry to women and teen girls in Canada, for 10 years. A passionate visionary and networker, Margaret has developed Women Together to be a global ministry to women in leadership in 24 countries.  She is known as a champion of women who loves to mentor leaders to utilize their potential and fulfill their calling.

Patricia Klein – International Outreach Coordinator

Patricia’s heart for missions was awakened as a young girl, listening to and reading about missionaries from all over the world. She pursued a career in nursing, raised a family with her husband, John, and also served in pastoral ministry. Her passion for missions led her to her role as International Outreach Coordinator at Women Together. Pat assembles and gives direction to Women Together mission teams, working in consultation with NGOs, churches, and global workers in developing countries.

Judy Rushfeldt – Online Leadership Coordinator

Judy oversees the Women Together online programs, including webinars, pods, and other WT online leadership training. A speaker, author, and online magazine publisher, Judy loves to inspire and equip women to fulfill their calling. Her book Making Your Dreams your Destiny: a woman’s guide to awakening your passions and fulfilling your purpose, won two national awards. Judy speaks at churches, women’s conferences, and retreats.

Bev Hynek – Administrative Coordinator

Bev’s life mission has been to use the skills God gave her to help people recognize their potential. She has spent most of her life doing this – as Executive Director of the Brampton Life Centre, as founding Director of Haven on the Queensway, throughout her circles of influence and in her family. Bev is excited to be part of a WT team – caring for and serving women both in our local communities and internationally – moving us all to be of one heart and purpose!

Bethany Lethbridge – Admin Support

Bethany has grown up in a pastor’s home as well as lived as an MK in three African countries. She graduated from the University of Ottawa with a B.Ed in 2010 and then served for four years as a Grade 2 / 3 primary teacher in the Middle East nation of Kuwait. Bethany loves the Lord, she loves people, and she loves to travel. Bethany recently married the love of her life and is enjoying this new adventure.

Veronika Nuzhna – Ukraine Programs Coordinator

Veronika joined Women Together in 2014 as the ministry’s first international coordinator. She provides direction and gives leadership to all the Women Together programs in Ukraine.

Audrey Cordery – Artistic Designer

As a teacher for 29 years with an extensive background in the arts, Audrey’s energy was focused on assisting others to find their creative niche. Her role with Women Together is an opportunity to continue to use her professional training and education to provide artistic direction to design projects.

Natasha Lichti – Social Media Coordinator

Natasha is back with Women Together as Social Media Coordinator after mat leave. We welcome her expertise and creativity! A capable writer and editor, Natasha brings a freshness to social media posts as she captures the life and work of Women Together around the world. A mother of 2 children, Natasha and Nathan, are proud and thankful parents.

Susan Chan – Asia Chairperson

In September 2020, Asia opened up for Women Together, from an invitation from Susan Chan, a gifted leader who is involved with several ministries reaching leaders throughout Asis. Susan Chan currently is our chairperson and represents Women Together in: Thailand, Malaysia, Mongolia, Indonesia, Cambodia, Burma, Pakistan and India.
